Refund & Cancellation Policy


Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our products, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us. The following general returns/replacement policy is applicable to all items sold on ankituniforms.com:
1. In general, an item is only eligible for replacement and not for refund/return. Only items by Ankit School Uniforms will be eligible for replacement.
2. An item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window of 3 days, if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
o Was delivered in a physically damaged condition.
o Has missing parts or accessories.
o Is different from what was ordered.
Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
3. All items must be returned/replaced in their original condition, with price tags intact, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. Refer to instructions to return items against each category. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy mentioned against each category.
4. Items once used will neither be returned nor replaced.
5. Products/uniforms once sold will not be entertained for replacement/return, in case the customer is not satisfied with the color of the ordered item(s).
6. There is no guarantee of colour fading or pilling of the product, hence no return or replacement will be entertained.

In case of any dispute, the decision taken by Ankit School Uniforms will be considered as the final decision.
